Terms of Service
1. Seller identification

2. Booking and payment
A contract is formed when we confirm your booking in writing. Before purchase we give you the itinerary, total price, terms and the identity of the operator, under Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995 and, for packages, applicable European package travel rules. A deposit secures your place; the balance is due 30 days before departure.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Over 30 days before departure: 90% refund. 14–30 days: 50%. Under 14 days or no-show: none. Refunds are paid within 14 days to the original payment method. Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2022 applies.
4. Student discounts
A valid student ID or full-time enrolment certificate is required, checked at booking and at check-in. Discounts are personal, non-transferable and limited to one per booking. If eligibility is not shown, the price difference is payable.
5. Liability, complaints and data
You are responsible for passports, visas, health documents and insurance. Complaints: contact@vyzarax.com. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available; the competent authority is the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We process personal data, including cookie data, on a lawful basis, usually consent, under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Personal Data' No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010.
