This is the full dated list of student coach and rail tours we operate out of Kyiv, Warsaw and Berlin. Each row shows the price per person, based on double occupancy, subject to availability; taxes and fees may apply. Nights, transport mode and the student rate are listed beside every date.

Student rate applies to a valid ISIC card or a current student ID with photograph and validity date, presented in physical form at check-in.

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, subject to availability; taxes and fees may apply. The booked-direct figure is the published rack rate for the same dates and nights, checked 2 March. Deposit EUR 60, balance due 21 days before departure.

Terms

Payment and cancellation

A deposit holds the seat. The balance clears before the coach leaves. Cancellation amounts run on the days remaining before departure.

Cancellation scale

Charged on the tour price per person. Written notice by email is what stops the clock.

Balance reminders go out by email 30 and 21 days before departure. An unpaid balance on the deadline releases the seat. Seats on the departure ledger at departures.html#departures-ledger follow the same terms.

Reserve

Hold the seat now, pay within 72 hours.

Send us the departure date and the number of travellers. A coordinator confirms the seat count and replies with the payment link the same working day. Seat counts are updated each morning.
